The Application Process
Submit Your Application
Fill out the application form with your details, experience, and why you want to join. Be sure to rank your preferred races!
Manual Review
Our staff reviews every application manually. We look for effort, creativity, and a good fit for our community. This ensures a high-quality player base.
Approval & Assignment
Once approved, you are placed in the assignment pool. When the next wave of invites goes out, our algorithm assigns you a race and sends you a Discord invite.
The Race Assignment Algorithm
We use a smart algorithm to ensure fair distribution of races while prioritizing your preferences.
🎯 Your Preferences Matter
The algorithm always tries to give you your #1 Top Choice first. If that race has available slots, you get it instantly.
🔄 Fair Fallback
If your top choice is full (e.g., too many people want to be Miners), the algorithm automatically checks your 2nd choice, then your 3rd, and so on.
⚖️ Balanced Population
This system prevents overcrowding in popular races while ensuring everyone gets a role they are happy with. It's designed to maximize overall happiness across the entire server.
